write an initial readme #2

What I changed: Added README.md — a minimal initial readme for the project. The repository currently contains only a one-line test file (no code, no AGENTS.md, no build/test setup), so the readme is a deliberate placeholder: it names the project and states it's in initial setup, with a note that docs on purpose, running, and testing will be added as development begins. I did not invent a description (e.g. "a fighting game") since there's no code or documentation to base it on.

How I checked: Read the working tree and full git history (main has a single commit adding test); verified the new file's contents. There are no tests or linters in the repo to run.

Open: If you tell me what FachoFight is (e.g. game type, language, stack), I can flesh out the readme accordingly.
